Jemima Phillips: Former Royal harpist Phillips accused of burglary (photos)

Jemima Phillips, of the UK, has been accused of burglary and fraud. Phillips was appointed the royal harpist in 2004 by Prince Charles. Phillips performed for Buckingham Palace and Parliament and she traveled overseas to play her harp. Phillips was the royal harpist until 2007. Then, Claire Jones took over.

Five years later, Phillips has been accused of stealing from 3 homes. Phillips allegedly had an accomplice, William Davies, 40.

Phillips and Davies were accused of stealing a laptop and cellphones.

Phillips was freed on bail. Phillips has to report to the police station twice weekly and stay at her family’s home. William Davies has been remanded.
