Jeffrey Locker, 52, a motivational speaker from Long Island, was found dead. Locker was strangled and stabbed in his car in East Harlem. Locker was last seen buying condoms.

Locker was found with his hands tied behind his back. Locker had a cord around his neck and tied to the car seat headrest. Locker suffered a stab wound on his chest. Police said Locker was robbed.

Jeffrey Locker’s wife, Lois Locker, reported to police her husband was missing on Wed night when he failed to reach home. Lois Locker said he was returning home and could not explain why her husband was in East Harlem.

Jeffrey Locker left behind his wife and 3 children.
