Jeffrey Donovan, the star of “Burn Notice”, was arrested. Donovan was popped for alleged drunken driving. Donovan was stopped by a cop when he swerved to avoid the squad car.

Donovan told the officer he failed to notice the stopped car and the red light. The cop smelled alcohol on Donovan’s breath and asked him if he had drunk anything. The truthful guy told he had wine. Donovan was asked to perform a field sobriety test and he failed. Thereafter, he was arrested.
