Jeffrey Berrouet, 23, was arrested. Berrouet was a wanted man on a number of felony warrants. Berrouet was caught by US Customs and Border Protection officers at San Ysidro Port of Entry. (San Diego, Calif)

Berrouet was a pedestrian when he presented his driver’s license. Customs Border Protection ran checks and learned Berrouet was a wanted man. Berrouet’s identity was confirmed by the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification system. Berrouet is wanted for a no-bail homicide warrant, controlled substance warrant with $25,000 bail, and wanted by the FBI on a no bail warrant for escape, homicide, kidnapping and battery.

Celina Sanchez was alleged to have helped Dudzai Prosper Pswatai and Jeffrey Berrouet in the kidnap and robbery of Robert Mastrangelo, 24, in a drug deal. Mastrangelo, a rapper, was killed in June 2008. (Source has details)
