Jeff Hardy was arrested for trafficking in prescription drugs. Hardy was also charged with possession of anabolic steroids. Hardy was found with Vicodin, Soma, steroids and cocaine in his home. Hardy was charged with a list of felony charges with opium, controlled substances, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.

Hardy was detained pending a bail of $125,000. However, Hardy seemed to be at home so he must have paid his bail. Other reports said his brother posted bail for him.

Jeff Hardy has denied some facts and fiction about his arrest. Hardy said he was at home and sent twitters to prove his point. Hardy said he would be making a statement later.
