Barbie will be 50 years old on March 9. Jeff Eldridge proposed a bill on Tue March 2, 2009. Eldridge wants to ban selling of Barbie doll in West Virginia.

Jeff Eldridge thinks Barbie doll is bad for girls. Eldridge said Barbie promoted beauty instead of education and that was bad for young girls. What do you think? There is a photo and longer story at the link.
