Jdimytai Damour, 34, of Queens, N.Y., was identified by police as the temporary Walmart employee trampled on. Jdimytai Damour died. Jdimytai Damour died on Fri., Black Friday, Nov. 28, as he was opening the gates of Walmart. Jdimytai Damour was one of the first men killed on Black Friday.

The Walmart death did not affect shoppers. When the shoppers were told to leave Walmart because a man had died, they refused. Some refused to leave because they had waited for at least 2 hours for Walmart to open.

Jdimytai Damour, the Walmart employee who was trampled to death on Nov. 28, left behind his father and friends. They were interviewed by the AP in the video on Jdimytai Damour and Walmart’s Black Friday deaths.

Police have viewed surveillance tapes and said charges are possible. However, they think those directly responsible may never be caught.
