Updated October 29 – Ken Slayton claimed he is the biological father of Jaycee Lee Dugard. Slayton said he lost contact with Jaycee’s mother after she became pregnant.

Slayton, 63, has not seen Jaycee but now wants to have a relationship with her. Slayton is represented by Gloria Allred. Slayton said he had circumstances that prevented him from getting to know Jaycee earlier.

Updated Sep 14 – Jaycee Lee Dugard, Phillip Garrido and Nancy Garrido’s kidnap victim, will be on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Dugard will earn $1 million for her guest appearance. That will definitely be put to good use by Dugard and her daughters, Starlet and Angel. Dugard’s TV appearance will be aired in December 2009. Starelet and Angel may or may not appear on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

Jaycee Lee Dugard today looks a little different from when she was 11 years old. The only difference is her age. That was how a relative described Dugard. Jaycee Lee Dugard went missing in 1991, when she was 11 years old. On August 26, a woman went to the Contra Costa County to claim she was Jaycee Lee Dugard, the missing girl from way back in 1991. Dugard has been missing for 18 years and she is now around 29 years old.

Terry Probyn, Dugard’s mother, will be meeting her to try to confirm her identity. Carl Probyn married Terry and is Dugard’s stepfather. Probyn said he saw a car pull up and snatch Dugard away as she was walking home, or waiting at a bus stop for her school bus, on June 10, 1991. Different reports had differing accounts of the story.

Dugard’s mother has confirmed she was confident the woman is indeed her kidnapped daughter. Terry Probyn has spoken to Dugard and said the woman remembered their shared experiences.

Phillip Craig Garrido and his wife, Nancy Garrido, are detained in custody at the Contra Costa County jail in Martinez.

Phillip and Nancy Garrido are detained in custody on a $1 million bond. The Garrido couple is detained on suspicion of having committed acts like kidnapping, rape, sexual penetration, performing lewd and lascivious acts with a minor.

Dugard has two children.

Jaycee Lee Dugard gave birth to two children, who were fathered by Phillip Garrido. After Dugard was kidnapped in 1991, Garrido placed her in the backyard of his home in Walnut Avenue in Antioch. Dugard and her kids lived in the backyard.

A parole agent found Phillip Garrido in the presence of two children and brought him in for questioning. Garrido is a convicted sex offender and should not be seen in the presence of children. The agent found it suspicious and detained Garrido. A woman (Dugard), accompanied Garrido to the station for questioning.

Phillip Garrido was paroled from the Nevada state prison on June 8, 1999. Garrido had served some time for sexual assault of a minor.

Dugard will be meeting her relatives on Thursday, August 27.

Jaycee Dugard has told her mother, Terry Probyn, that she has two children, two daughters, 15 years old and 11 years old.

Phillip Garrido was seen at the University of California, handing out religious leaflets. A parole agent asked him to report to the office the next day. Garrido arrived with his wife Nancy Garrido, two girls and a woman he called Allyssa.

Garrido referred to Jaycee Dugard as Allyssa.

Police raided garrido’s home in Antioch and found that his 6 feet high backyard fence concealed a second home that was used by Dugard and her two daughters. They were house in sheds and tents.

Dugard and her daughters had never been to the doctor. Her daughters had never been to school. One daughter was born to Dugard when she was only 14 years old. Both daughters were fathered by Phillip Garrido.

There is a DNA test underway to confirm the identity of Dugard.

Phillip Garrido and Nancy Garrido lived at 1554 Walnut Ave., Antioch, California. When the parole officers visited the Garridos in the past, they found evidence of only three people living at # 1554; Nancy, Phillip Garrido and his mother.

Some years ago, a former neighbor at #1554 said she had told authorities of the sheds and tents behind the backyard of the Garridos but the officers told her they couldn’t search the house and compounds because they lacked a search warrant. If something was done back then, Dugard might have been discovered and rescued.

Jaycee Dugard bonded with her captor and did not try to escape. The Daily Mail has a writeup on the other females who were girls or women when they disappeared. Link.

Neighbors claimed sex parties went on in the garden of Phillip Garrido.

Nancy Garrido’s lawyer claimed she was ignorant of what her husband did with Jaycee Dugard.
