Jay Severin, a Boston radio host, was suspended for racist comments. Severin was talking about the swine flu, or H1N1 Influenza virus A. Severin called Mexican immigrants “criminalians” because he deemed them responsible for the swine flu outbreak. Severin said emergency rooms became “essentially condos for Mexicans”.

Jay Severin is only one of the many people who have cracked jokes or made light hearted comments on the swine flu. Some sites have started collecting jokes on swine flu.
