Jason Wahler’s ex-girlfriend, Kristen DeLuca, paid $3000 to a tow truck driver, Dario Stevenson, to settle a lawsuit. Dario Stevenson had sued Kristen DeLuca. Jason Wahler was Lauren Conrad’s ex boyfriend. There was another post here on a rumor about his sex tape with Lauren Conrad.

Dario Stevenson was impounding a car when Kristen DeLuca and her then boyfriend, Jason Wahler, assaulted him. Dario Stevenson settled with Kristen DeLuca and she in turn dropped her lawsuit against him that alleged he had assaulted her while she was trying to protect herself and Jason Wahler.

Kristen DeLuca’s lawyer, Gordon C. Strange said that his client was glad to settle and move on.Kristen DeLuca was mourning her mother, Sherri DeLuca, who died in March 13, of brain cancer. Sherri DeLuca was 45.

Jason Wahler is still a defendant in the lawsuit with Dario Stevenson.

Kristen DeLuca has another lawsuit with Jonathan Wallace (black), the traffic officer with the city Department of Transportation. Jonathan Wallace claimed that Kristen DeLuca assaulted and battered him, and violated his civil rights. Jonathan Wallace said Kristen DeLucas and Jason Wahler teased him with racist laden remarks.

The incident happened when Jonathan Wallace was helping another tow truck driver impound a car. Jason Wahler and Kristen DeLuca were passengers in another car. This car’s driver nearly hit the tow truck and Jonathan Wallace. The driver stopped the car and Jason Wahler and Kristen DeLuca got out of the car to throw racist remarks at the tow truck driver. Jonathan Wallace tried to stop this tirade and the two celebrities directed racial comments to him.

Dario Stevenson was the second tow truck driver who came to help the first tow truck driver and he offered to help Jonathan Wallace too. Jason Wahler started punching Dario Stevenson and Jonathan Wallace.
