The video below showed Jason Rodriguez as he was being arrested. Rodriguez was led away in handcuffs. Jason Rodriguez, 40, is the suspect involved in the shooting in Orlando. Rodriguez was caught at his mother’s apartment.

Rodriguez surrendered without incident when SWAT turned up at the apartment. The shooting at Gateway Center office building, at 1000 Legion Place, was in downtown Orlando. One person has died. Five are injured. Police are investigating the case.

Governor Charlie Crist was present at the news conference when some statements were released to the media about the suspect.
