Jason Richardson was arrested for speeding, child endangerment, reckless driving and not using a child seat. Richardson was arrested in Phoenix on Sunday, Feb 15.

Police claimed Jason Richardson was driving 90 mph in a 35 mph zone. Richardson’s son, 3, was in the back seat sans a child’s car seat. The law in Phoenix requires all young children to be restrained in a car seat while the vehicle is moving.
