Updated on March 10: The charges against Jason Null and Brandon Danger were dropped. A video showed the girl soliciting band members and male concertgoers for sex at a concert in Oakland last week (sometime during Feb 1 – 7).

Jason Null, of the band “Saving Abel”, and his band member, Brandon Danger, were charged with forced oral copulation. Null and Danger allegedly made a girl, 17, perform oral sex acts on them after their concert in Oakland. The charges included forced oral copulation on a minor since the girl is 17.

Null and Danger were arraigned on Friday, Feb 6. Null pleaded not guilty. Null’s attorney said there is a videotape to prove that Null was not guilty. The lawyer said the charges against Null are baseless. Danger has not entered any plea.

According to police, the girl boarded Saving Abel’s tour bus on Tuesday night Feb 3. She was lured by some thought that she could star in a rock video for Saving Abel.

“Saving Abel” is not a Christian Band.

    You are so quick to report the dirt. Why havent you also reported that these charges were all dropped after the district attorneys found that the charges were baseless and that this girl filed falls charges? You want to be so quick to ruin someones life but like journalist wannabees, you dont care to print the whole truth. How about a report that says ” ALL CHARGES DROPPED AGAINST DANGER AND NULL. CHARGES FOUND TO BE UNFOUNDED.”
