Jani Lane, a singer in Warrant, was charged with driving under the influence and a hit-and-run. Jani Lane used to be popular in the 1980s. Lane was arrested on June 17 on suspicion of DUI. Lane had hit a parked car.
He refused to submit to field sobriety tests.

Lane was arraigned on July 10. If Lane is convicted of his charges, he faces 6 months in prison and a $1000 fine.
