Heath Ledger will not be let to rest in peace. A woman named Jane Doe filed a lawsuit to claim that Heath Ledger was set up to inhale cocaine at the Chateau Marmont hotel, after the SAG party, in 2006. She said that her photographer boyfriend and another cameraman tricked Heath into using the controlled substance. She claimed she was a reporter for People magazine.
