Jamie-Lynn Sigler: Jamie-Lynn Sigler joins Ugly Betty

Jamie-Lynn Sigler has joined the cast of Ugly Betty. Sigler has a recurring role as she portrays the assistant to the fictional editor Daniel Mead. Mead is played by Eric Mabius. The previous assistant was played by America Ferrera but Ferrera’s character has been promoted and the vacant post will be occupied by the newcomer, Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
