James Woods, an actor, may testify in April 12, 2010, that he saw and realized some airline passengers may have been terrorists. Woods said he sat next to some Middle Eastern men who did not order any drinks but were observing the cabin crew. James Woods said he took his flight in August of 2001.

The families of Sara Low, Barbara Keating and Mark Bavis have filed lawsuits against the airlines and airport security companies. These families refused to accept settlements from the “September 11 Victim Compensation Fund”.

James Woods acted as Giuliani in the movie, “Rudy: The Rudy Giuliani Story”. During his flight in August, he said he told a stewardess that he thought his plane was going to be hijacked after he observed the actions of the men.
