James Wonder is accused of killing Donald J. Pettit
By Clarencia Cynrae on August 7th, 2008James Wonder, 65, of Miramar, was arrested and charged. James Wonder was suspected of shooting Donald J. Pettit, 52, of Pembroke Pines. Donald J. Pettit was killed with a single shot to his head at Pines Boulevard and Dykes Road.
Donald J. Pettit was killed in front of his daughter, aged 12. Ileana Pettit said her daughter cried for her Daddy. Donald J. Pettit worked as a Customs and Border Control Agent.
Police said the shooting was over a road rage incident along Pines Boulevard.
James Wonder’s wife, Aurora Wonder, refused to talk to the press. James Wonder has a permit for his weapon. James Wonder has no previous criminal record.
