James W. Ratliff II, 18, was sentenced to 6 years in prison for having sex with a girl, 13. Ratliff pleaded guilty in May for the offences done in Aug – Dec 2008.

Ratliff was 17 when he committed the sex acts in 2008. Ratliff said he was unaware of the law banning sex with minors. However, Ratliff was still sentenced for underaged sex.

There is some confusion over the name James Ratliff as this is the same name as the rapper Husalah. Husalah was sent to 5 years in prison in 2006.
