James Van Der Beek is divorcing his wife, Heather McComb. Beek and McComb married on July 5, 2003. During the past six years, McComb did not have any kids with Beek.

Beek and McComb were separated in June 2009. Beek said in his lawsuit that he had irreconcilable differences with McComb.

Heather McComb is an actress. McComb started as a child actress in an ad when she was only 2 years old.

Heather McComb and James Van Der Beek are followers of the Kabbalah movement. Both McComb and Beek attend services at the Kabbalah Center.

McComb’s acting credits include Generation X (1996), Party Of Five (1998) etc.
