James Soares, 60, and Marian Soares, 53, were suspected to be murdered by their son. James Soares Jr, 24, supposedly killed his parents with a grub hoe. James Soares and Marian Soares were killed at home at Baltimore Avenue, in Warren, on July 9, 2008. This was in Providence, Rhode Island area.

James Soares Jr dumped the bodies of his parents, Marian Soares and James Soares Senior, into a cesspool in the backyard of their home.
