James Mitchell Jr, Danielle Keller, Samantha Mitchell: Mitchell Jr arrested

James Mitchell Jr, the son of Jim Mitchell, was arrested on suspicion of murder and kidnapping related charges. James Mitchell Jr allegedly killed Danielle Keller and abducted their child, Samantha Rae Mitchell.
Keller had just won custody of Samantha and a restraining order against Mitchell Jr.
Jim Mitchell was famous in San Francisco for being a producer of pornography. Mitchell Sr died two years ago on July 12, 2007. Jim Mitchell died of a heart attack.
Keller’s mother, Claudia Stevens, attended Mitchell’s arraignment.

James Mitchell Jr, 27, of Novato, is a suspect in the murder of one person and the abduction of his baby daughter, Samantha. The dead person’s name has not been released by police but she is a woman, 29 years old.
Samantha was last seen dressed in a pink jumpsuit. James Mitchell should be considered armed and dangerous. He should not be approached. Mitchell may have fled in a silver colored 2007 Honda Civic sedan with 4 doors. The public are advised to call 911 immediately.

some interesting facts not stated:
1) Danielle Keller was a meth addict
2) Danielle had been arrested for domestic violence and had been under a restraining order herself at one point in time, and not as a victim.
3) Claudia Stevens is not fit to raise another child…she puts up a good public front, but she is/was an unfit mother who watched Danielle try and kill herself as a teenager and did nothing to help.
If this all sounds like hearsay, I was there for some of this. I was the victim of said domestic violence, and spent plenty of time around both Keller and Stevens. If you dont believe me, so be it..just do some investigation beyond what the official news says.

You’re a poor excuse for a human being. People make mistakes in their lives and make poor decisions. But she was an AMAZING mother and had been sober and healthy for quite some time and would never do anything to hurt her daughter. And no matter what someones past life may have been or trouble they may have been suspected of, no one deserves to be beaten to death and baby Samy now has to spend her life without her mother.
