James Miller: Halloween breathalyzer James Miller arrested (photo)

By Clarencia Cynrae on November 2nd, 2009

James Miller, 18, dressed himself as a breathalyzer for Halloween in Oxford, Ohio. Miller was a sort of self prophet as he predicted his timely encounter with a real breathalyzer.

Miller was stopped by police for driving the wrong way on a one way street. To complicate matters, Miller’s car had no headlights on Sunday, November 1, in Oxford, Ohio.

Cops searched Miller’s car and found plenty of beer. Miller had an open can of beer, a partial case of beer and more alcohol in the boot of his car. Miller’s blood alcohol was twice over the legal limit. Miller was subsequently charged with under-aged drinking and violating traffic laws by driving the wrong way on a one way street.

How did an under-aged person buy alcohol? Miller’s car had several fake IDs. It seemed he may have used fake IDs to buy alcohol.
