Updated Aug 31 2009 – James May’s Lego house pictures are ready. The architect designed a windowless Lego house with a high roof and ceiling skylights to allow natural light to filter in. James May’s Lego house is here.

James May, the presenting host of Top Gear in UK, has a new project with Lego bricks. James May has asked the public to construct a house made of Lego blocks. James May has promised to live in his Lego house for several days after it is constructed.

James May’s Lego house will be two story high. Around 1200 people were given admission tickets to the event to help build the Lego house in the Denbies Wine Estate, in Dorking, Surrey. The Lego house will have Lego furniture and has been scheduled to be completed later in August.

Three million Lego blocks were sent to the construction site. Each brick s fashioned out of 272 Lego pieces. This Lego house will be filmed for James May’s Toy Stories, a BBC series.
