James Ford Seale is free

By Angie Anthony on September 10th, 2008

James Ford Seale was convicted and sentenced in 2007 for kidnapping Charles Eddie Moore and Henry Hazekiah Dee in 1964.

The two men were murdered by drowning in the Mississippi River. James Ford Seale was a former member of Ku Klux Klan (KKK). In 2007, James Ford Seale was sentenced to three life sentences. The United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals threw out Seale’s conviction and acquitted him. The three judges in this Court stated that the statue of limitations had expired. The amendment to federal kidnapping statue in 1972 said that the time limit for an indictment to be issued was over. It has been about 43 years between 1964 – 2007.

This country if fucked up, along with the state of Mississppi! If that had been been blacks they would have been convicted for life or given a capital murder sentence. The time will soon come when all rascist whites and blacks will answer to God for there deeds. It’s a damn shame in this day and age that the mediocre intelligent minded rascist whites still think that they are superior to other races, that shows how small that they’re minds really are.
