James Auchincloss is the half brother of the late Jacqueline Onassis. James Auchincloss has been indicted on charges of child porn. Auchincloss was charged with felony possession of child pornography.

Auchincloss faces 26 charges of alleged possession and duplication of child porn, thereby spreading child porn and encouraging child abuse.

Auchincloss was charged in Portland, Oregon.

Auchincloss is expected to negotiate for a plea bargain. Meanwhile, Auchincloss may remain free until the case is over.
