Jake Baysinger, 25, of La Salle, Greeley, Colorado, committed suicide in the Colorado plains. Jake Baysinger’s faithful dog, Cash, stayed with his body for six weeks. Cash survived in the wild by hunting wild mice and rabbits. Cash was thin, dry but alive.

Jake Baysinger’s wife Sara Baysinger reported him missing on June 28. Kip Konig saw the dog, Cash, investigated and found the pickup with Jake Baysinger inside. Jake Baysinger is survived by his wife Sara Baysinger, and their 2 year old son, Lane Baysinger.
