August 12 2009 – Jamie Pressly was photographed peeing in public. Pressly denied she peed in daylight in public. Pressly said she was playing along in her bridal shower dare. Pressly said she had her hand behind her back to pour from a bottle of water to simulate peeing. Pressly said she would never pee in broad daylight at a public location.

Updated July 31 2009 – Jaime Pressly is engaged to be married to Simran Singh, a lawyer specialized in the entertainment laws. Pressly is celebrating her 32nd birthday on Friday, although her actual birthday was on Thursday, July 30. Pressly invited 50 of her good friends to help her mark the occasion in Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. Jaime Pressly has found happiness after her split with her ex fiancé, Eric Cubiche, a DJ. Pressly and Cubiche were engaged for two years and they had a son, Dezi Cubiche. Pressly and Cubiche broke up last November 2008. Dezi is 2 years old.

Jamie Pressly, the actress in “My Name is Earl”, has finally disclosed what happened in her former relationship with Eric Cubiche, 34. Pressly gave her interview to Redbook Magazine.

Pressly said when Cubiche became a traveling DJ, they faced the problems of distance. Pressly said she felt they were leading separate lives. Pressly was pregnant with Cubiche’s child at that time.

Pressly said she expected Cubiche to be the person she wanted. Pressly explained the relationship failed to work based on expectations she had.

Pressly has custody of Dezi James (almost 2 years old) but Cubiche visits whenever he is in the area. Pressly praised Cubiche for being a great father to Dezi James. Pressly and Cubiche split last Nov 2008.
