Jaclyn Dowaliby: David Dowaliby & Cynthia Dowaliby’s daughter

Jaclyn Dowaliby, 7, was kidnapped from her home around September 10, 1990. On September 14, Jaclyn Dowaliby’s body was found. Her parents, David Dowaliby & Cynthia Dowaliby were initially suspects but there was insufficient evidence to convict any suspects.
