Jack Ziniuk, 64, has been arrested and charged with animal cruelty. Ziniuk claimed his horse had seizures after his dogs attacked it. Ziniuk said his horse needed to be put down.
Ziniuk called the deputies to his home in Anza, south California on Sunday, April 19. Ziniuk said his horse was having a problem. The sheriff’s deputies found that the horse was beaten on its head by a sledgehammer and it’s head was decapitated with a chainsaw. The head was then fed to the dogs.

there was a crime but everyone is inocent until proven guilty somebody at that residence is lying now which one?
Did it ever occur to you that Jack Ziniuk might be innocent, because he is! He has saved the lives of literally thousands of animals and has helped hundreds of homeless people as well. One of these people, who is mentally ill and very dangerous, lied to the police to get Jack arrested because Jack had been trying to get him off his property. This horse died between the time Jack called for help and the time police arrived hours later.
