The book on Jack Ryan is called “Toy Monster: The Big, Bad World of Mattel.” The book traces the life of Jack Ryan, his inspirations to create Barbie and Ken and his personal life. Jack Ryan was a closet homosexual who died of AIDS in 1994. The statements are all Oppenheimer’s allegations in the article that reviewed his book.

Jack Ryan wasn’t the closeted homosexual who died of AIDS, it was the real Ken who died of AIDS. Ken and Barbie were the children of Mattel’s creators, and Ken was mercilessly teased in school because his doll didn’t have any genitals. But anyway, he was the one who died that way. Ryan was a sexaholic who very much loved women, obviously from these dolls he engineered

Oh I just saw the source you got it from. But I’ve got the book in front of me right now, and I’m reading the part about Ken, so I guess Fox News got it wrong. Not your fault.
