Jack Kemp has died. Jack Kemp was a former Congressman and 1996 Republican VP candidate. Kemp died this weekend. Kemp, 73, had disclosed in January that he had cancer. Kemp served 9 terms as a Congressman from New York. Kemp was Sen. Bob Dole’s running mate in 1996.
