Jaci Dalenberg, of Wooster, 56, has given birth to triplets. Jaci Dalenberg was a surrogate mother to her daughter’s babies.

Kim Coseno could not become pregnant with children and her mother, Jaci Dalenberg, offered to carry her babies for her. Jaci Dalenberg had two identical twins and a third sister. The triplets were born in Cleveland’s Clinic’s Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights. The triplets are more than two months premature. Each baby weighed less than 3 pounds.

Dalenberg was pregnanted by using intro fertilization. Her daughter Kim Coseno and her son-in-law, Joe Coseno, were about to adopt before Dalenberg offered to be their surrogate mother.

The girls were born Oct. 11. Gabriella Claire Coseno and Carmina Ann Coseno are identical twins, and Elizabeth Jacilyn Coseno is their sister. All three babies were less than 3 pounds each when they were born 2 months premature. The twins and sister have been staying in hospital ever since.
