Isiah Thomas said he was hurt by Magic Johnson’s comments about him in his book. Thomas had his opinion that Johnson wanted to sell his book and compromised their friendship. Thomas recalled how he ofered Johnson his friendship even after he announced he was HIV positive.

Johnson has criticized Thomas and said he won’t be referring any NBA jobs to him.
