May 5 2009 – Roberto Alomar and Ilya Dall have settled their lawsuit. Dall alleged Alomar demanded unprotected sex without using a condom. Dall’s alleged Alomar showed signs of HIV. Dall’s allegations were not corroborated. On Tuesday, May 5, the court file said Dall and Alomar had reached a settlement.

Roberto Alomar had denied Dall’s allegations. Alomar said his health was fine.

Roberto Alomar’s father is Sandy Alomar Sr. Sandy Alomar is a coach for Mets. Alomar Sr said he has not discussed anything with his son Roberto since Ilya Dall broke her story.

Sandy Alomar said he knew his kids but he did not know everything they do. Sandy Alomar said Roberto has been exercising daily. Sandy Alomar said only Roberto would know if she could be trusted on her words. Sandy Alomar suggested Dall had a reason for her claims.

Maripily Rivera: Rivera claims Robert Alomar is well (photos)

Maripily Rivera, the present girlfriend of Robert Alomar, said that his ex girlfriend, Ilya Dall, was lying. Rivera said allegations of Alomar having AIDS were lies. Rivera has dated Alomar for 6 months in the past. Alomar is well.

Rivera claimed to know that when Alomar broke up with Ilya Dall, Dall threatened to destroy him. Rivera claimed there was nothing to hide. Rivera said she has not seen Alomar sick in her presence. Rivera declared her love and loyalty to Alomar in the face of the scandalous allegations.

Ilya Dall sues Roberto Alomar for HIV AIDS: Dall Alomar lawsuit

Roberto Alomar was sued by his former girlfriend, Ilya Dall, for not telling her he has HIV positive and AIDS. Dall was Alomar’s live-in girlfriend for 3 years.

Alomar used to be the major league second baseman. Alomar was a 12-time All-Star. Dall is suing Alomar for $15 million. Around Feb 15 2006, a disease specialist did a spinal tap on Alomar and discovered he had full blown AIDS.

Roberto “Robbie” Alomar has denied he is sick with AIDS. Alomar claimed Ilya Dall was slandering him with lies. Alomar claimed he is healthy. Alomar’s friends have also started to support him.
