Ian Hibell, a famous cyclist who traveled the world by cycling for the past 40 years, has died.

Ian Hibell was struck by a hit and run driver in Greece on August 23. Ian Hibell died at the age of 74. Ian Hibell wrote his book, Remote Places, and inspired many to take up cycling and traveling. The motorist who was guilty of the hit and run was traced and arrested. He was charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
