Terry Bollea alleged his ex-wife Linda Bollea spent excessively. Mr Bollea wants to cut Linda’s $40,000 monthly alimony. Mr Bollea brought witnesses to claim Linda used money on drugs and extravagant clothing for her boyfriend Charlie Hill.

Linda Bollea’s lawyers said Ms Bollea had $700,000 in her bank account before Mr Bollea paid her alimony. They claimed Ms Bollea used her own money on her boyfriend.

$102 on clothing by comparison,
$38,000 on legal and accounting fees.
