Hugues was found dead in his home. Hugues was fatally stabbed to death. There was no murder weapon near his body. There were no signs of struggle. Hugues’ home was locked from the inside.

There was a trail of blood from outside Hugues’ home, leading all the way up his door and inside the house. Hugues left behind a trail of blood on the floor, walls and many places. The splashes of blood were not made with high velocity. Experts said that could mean Hugues was not forcefully stabbed. Were the stabbings self inflicted? What made Hugues decide to spontaneously kill himself? Where was the murder weapon?

Hugues could have been hurt even before he stepped inside his home.

Hugues was a charmer who had many friends. CBS’ “48 Hours” will air the story on Hugues on Saturday, November 14, 10 pm ET/ PT.
