Hugh Hefner, 83, made his appearance at the Annual Kandyland Masquerade Ball at the Iconic mansion on Saturday night, Feb 28. Hefner, 83, looked older and walked slowly.

Hefner was assisted by Crystal, who held his hand. The Shannon twins walked ahead of Hefner. Hefner had explained in 2008 that he had lower back problems and experienced aches and pains. Hefner said it was due to spending too much time “rustling around with friends.”

Hugh Hefner’s rep denied he was ailing. There is a photo at the link.
