Hotaru Ferschke: Hotaru Ferschke immigration problem

Hotaru Ferschke married her husband, Sgt Michael Ferschke in 2008. Michael passed away in the line of duty in Iraq. Hotaru has their son, Michael “Mikey” Ferschke III. Hotaru is a Japanese citizen and wants to stay in the US. There are immigration problems because of legal requirements. Would Hotaru Ferschke get to stay in the US? Her lawyer is trying to fight for her rights.
