Joan Hyler, a Hollywood producer and talent manager, was seriously injured after being hit by a car on Friday night, August 15, 2008. Joan Hyler was at the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California, when the accident occurred.

Joan Hyler had done professional work for Bob Dylan, Andy Warhol, Madonna and Portia de Rossi.

Joan Hyler was warded in UCLA Medical Center. Hyler has severe multiple injuries. Her close Jewish friend has appealed for prayers.
