Hollis French, the Alaska state senator and Democrat in charge of the investigation on Sarah Palin and troopergate, has said that Sarah Palin will not be subpoenaed to testify on her alleged involvement in attempts to fire Alaska state trooper, Mike Wooten. Mike Wooten was Sarah Palin’s ex brother-in-law.

Some media have written that Hollis French was pressurized by Republican representatives. There are only four Democrats in the committee of twelve. The other eight are Republicans. Hollis French said he will release his final report on troopergate by Oct. 31, which would be four days before the Presidential elections.
