Updated April 30 – The judge has convicted Ho Chun Sze of 3 counts of illegally obtaining access to a computer with the intention of making dishonest gains. Ho Chun Sze will be sentenced on May 13.

Edison Chen, a Chinese-Canadian movie star, testified Monday against Ho Chun Sze. Chen’s personal photos showing him with at least 8 Chinese actresses and singers were illegally accessed from his lap top. Edison Chen’s famous photos are available below.

It was alleged that Ho Chun Sze and/ or others leaked Edison Chen’s controversial photos on the internet. Chen’s photo scandal spread in Hong Kong as the pictures showed Chen with various women engaged in sex acts, nude or in provocative, sexual positions.

Edison Chen testified in a courtroom in British Columbia, Canada. Ho Chun Sze was accused of obtaining access to a computer with illegal intent. Chen refused to return to Hong Kong but he agreed to make a deposition in Canada. Hong Kong’s Chief Magistrate, Tong Man, traveled to Vancouver, Canada to hear Chen’s evidence.

Edison Chen said that when he went to make a police report about the unlawful proliferation of his private photos, the police showed him 2 large books filled with pictures of Edison Chen with different women and some were sexy, solitary pictures of women. There were at least 1300 photos of Edison Chen that he took of himself and /or the women.

Some of the women who were allegedly photographed with Chen have admitted their participation in the photo scandal although some refused to elaborate on alleged sex scandals with Edison Chen.

Edison Chen retired from Hong Kong’s show business after the photo scandal. Chen, who was born in Canada, chose to live in Canada. Recently, there were gossip and reports that Chen would be trying to make a comeback in a country in Southeast Asia.
