Hishman Talaat Moustafa, a billionaire, and his associate, Mohsen el-Sukkary, were in a court in Cairo, Egypt. Moustafa and el-Sukkary were on trial for the murder of Suzanne Tamim, a Lebanese singer. Moustafa has close friendship with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak’s son, Gamal.

The prosecution said they had evidence in DNA, a knife, security tapes, taped telephone conversations, finger prints and twelve witnesses. The trial is adjourned until Nov. 15.
