Henry Lee Summer was arrested and charged for methamphetamine possession. Summer was stopped by police and he threw the drug out of the car window. Summer has also been accused of resisting arrest.

Summer tried to shake off the police in a high speed car chase near Indianapolis Motor Speedway. When he was stopped, Summer resisted arrest and the officer used pepper spray on him.

Summer had attracted the attention of the officer when he failed to give a turn signal. When Summer realized the police were on him, he tossed out a small box containing 0.1 g of crystal meth.
