Harrison David Graham has been charged in the murder of Dexter Wilkey. Graham allegedly shot Wilkey on Sunday morning, July 5, in Toledo.

Neighbors said Wilkey and Graham had argued about getting banned from a party. Then, Graham, 25, was accused of fatally shooting Wilkey, 40. Graham has been arraigned and his bond was set at $500,000.
