Haribo MAOAM sour candies cartoon characters are a yellow lemon and a green lime. Simon says they are locked in a carnal contact. Simon Simpkins, of Pontefract, West Yorkshire, said Mr Lime has a cheeky expression on his face.

Haribo MAOAM’s Lemon and Lime could be hugging each other but the close proximity of their bases look like they are in locked in an act.

Another illustration shows the red cherry sitting atop the green lime. Lime is laughing and has a very lurid expression. Lime also appears to be licking the cherry.

Simon Simpkins said his wife and himself were upset at the sexual illustrations.
