Hamed Haddadi joins Memphis Grizzlies

Hamed Haddadi has signed a contract with Memphis Grizzlies to play with them in the next NBA season. Hamed Haddadi was the only basketball player to average a double-double in the 5 games he played in Beijing. Hamed Haddadi scored 16.6 points and 11.2 rebound blocks in the 5 games. Hamed Haddadi, 23,is 2.18 meter tall. Hamed Haddadi originates from his native Ahvaz, Iran. Hamed Haddadi’s previous team was Saba Battery BC in the Iranian Super League.
Memphis Grizzlies’ Chris Wallace, the manager and VP of basketball operations, said they were pleased to sign on Hamed Haddadi. Wallace said Hamed Haddadi showed potential as a rebounder, shotblocker and scorer.
