Guido Salvador Carabajo-Jara: Carabajo-Jara dragged under van (photos)

Guido Salvador Carabajo-Jara, 26, was hit by a car and trapped under a van. Carabajo-Jara’s body was dragged under the van for about 2 miles through NYC.

Police said the two drivers will not be charged.

    how stupid can the driver be? i mean cmon is a body under the car. RIP Guido.
