Gretchen Rossi said she hasn’t had plastic surgery to enhance her breasts because she wants to remain a role model for young girls and women. Rossi said it was a  temptation to go under the knife as she was surrounded by women who had breast augmentation.

Gretchen Rossi wore a bikini and had her bikini bottom down while sitting on the toilet. Someone took Rossi’s photos while she was answering the call of nature. Rossi was aware she was being photographed as she looked at the camera. Rossi was smiling.

Gretchen Rossi has asked her lawyers to get TheDirty to remove her toilet photos. Rossi’s lawyers sent the owner of TheDirty a cease and decease letter.

Gretchen Rossi dating Slade Smiley.

Gretchen Rossi, a housewife in “Real Housewives of Orange County”, is dating Slade Smiley. TMZ has photos of Rossi and Smiley kissing on board a boat docked at Newport Harbor Wednesday March 18.

Rossi is wearing her engagement ring. Rossi had earlier told that she was wearing the same engagement ring her late fiancé, Jeff Beitzel, gave her.

On March 18, we read that Rossi obtained a temporary restraining order against Jay Photoglou. Rossi’s order was filed in Newport Beach’s Harbor Justice Center, on March 6. Rossi claimed Photoglou threatened to kill her dogs, herself and burn down her home in Costa Mesa. The newspaper, Orange County Register (OCR), has a detailed report on Jay Photoglou and Slade Smiley at the link. The OCR quoted a neighbor saying Photoglou had lived with Rossi before and now, Smiley was living with Rossi.

On Feb 20 2009, Slade Smiley was arrested and jailed for failing to obey a court order. Smiley failed to pay child support for his son Grayson Smiley, who has brain cancer. Smiley said someone took advantage over the situation while he was working to resolve payments for child support and large medical bills. Smiley was released on Sat, Feb 21, after posting $10,000 bond.
